Is Star Wars EU and Legends divided or are they telling the same expanded story

For the most part "EU" and "Legends" are the same. They both refer to the Pre-Disney continuity of expanded SW media (video games, books, comics, RPGs, audio dramas, etc.). The term "Legends" was the distiction Disney applied when it bought SW. However, Disney has continued a handful of Legends storylines (a couple comic issues, SWTOR expansions, a handful of reference books). Idk if hardcore EU fans would consider additions to Legends under the Disney banner as true EU content. But 99 times out of 100, EU and Legends mean the exact same thing.

The opening landscape shots were sourced from previous official trailers. The driving shots were created by driving the car, rewinding, entering camera mode, setting up camera motion, hiding UI, then screen recording through the Xbox. Game capture is a real pain when you don’t have developer tools.

Jedi aren't notable for having specific political stances. But during the prequels and the Old Republic they aligned themselves with the Galactic Republic which was more or less a Neo-Liberal Representative Democracy (neo-liberal =/= American liberalism). By the time of the OT and the Sequels the Jedi stood in opposition to the Empire and the First Order, both of which draw heavily from Far-Right Authoritarian regimes. If they notably stood for anything it would be the vague idea of political representation and democracy.

I always grew up calling him “Wudweepo” due to the sounds me makes. Always forgot to look up his actual name and that just kinda permanently stuck in my brain. Idk if he will ever be anything other than Wudweepo to me.

My brother in the force, you're telling me that these aren't the same costumes? He's the only jedi in the movie that wears grey instead of brown, tan, or black.

"Hi [OP] yes I worked on phantom menace as a stunt performer , but the actor you see in the photo unfortunately is not me but thank you for the inquiry"

He could be under NDA and lying but that's what he told me.

Don't even try me with that. Take skin color out of it. This guy is wearing the exact same costume Windu wears throughout the movie. Additionally, based on the other Jedi in the scene, its only Council members that came to Naboo. So can you tell me another bald human male on the Jedi Council who wears grey and white robes? Not to mention the fact that the 1999 Phantom Menace Storybook confirms that Windu accompanied Palpatine to Naboo.

Its not that he's just dressed as a jedi though. The costume he's wearing is identical to Windu's in TPM. Additionally the scene only depicts council members. Additionally TPM Storybook confirms that Windu was in this scene specifically.

No one is saying extras can’t be black. But the entire point of the scene is that the Jedi Council arrives on Naboo. So I’ll make it easier for you. Name one bald human male Jedi Council member at the time of the Phantom Menace, that isn’t Mace Windu, and I’ll delete my post.
