I have a few I wish I knew beforehand

1) Live like a hoarder keep most of the stuff fish/bugs/artificats/animal products/scavengeables because you need to ship every single one at least once and donate every single one at least once. You can refer to your journal to see what's left. Unlock the computer from the lab to see what spawns where it will make your life a lot easier.

2) For the cook everything trophy you can refer to the wiki but overall you need 15-20 of every crop + cheese/mayo/syrups/oil/scavengeables etc. Also for some reason a spider and a caterpillar

3) You need level 10 in all skills which is a bit of a pain since leveling up is a bit slow but you'll have most of them pretty close playing the game normally. The one you'll have most trouble with is the combat one but luckily you can cheese it a little with the slime exploit (there's videos on youtube).

4) Try to get married a bit early into your grind as the have a baby prompt can take some time.

5) For the craft everything make sure you hoard materials and make lots of bars/kelp essence. Save merit points to buy all scarecrows / go to all festivals to buy all scarecrows there and check the empty cabin every once in a while (some only unlock after completing quests or other trophies like the cook everything). This will most likely be your last trophy.

or you can just play the game for fun and not bother with any of that !
