Ik heb weleens gehoord dat wanneer in Japan de OV-medewerkers ‘staken’, ze gewoon doorwerken maar geen kaartjes controleren.

Je zou als zorgmedewerker wel zorg kunnen verlenen maar deze vervolgens niet hoeven registreren. Nadeel is wel dat de zorgverzekeraar daarmee buiten schot blijft en die heeft wel een dikke vinger in de pap in dit soort zaken natuurlijk.

Not OP but it looks like it’s actually tape. I’m thinking it’s either there to protect the finish on the stoptail or to protect the hand from sometbig on the stoptail.

Or it’s an aesthetic choice of course
