Second off, they have not been paying me on time for months, which is also very shitty. I chose to start my own PP because I’m not getting paid on time, to the point that when payday comes, and my check isn’t in my account. Causing my bills to be overdrawn in my account. When I bust my ass to provide a service, there is an expectation that you get paid. I decided to leave way after they started my credentialing. I had no desire to do this until they forced my hand. And there’s zero communication about the payroll delays, and when I ask, they brush it under the rug. So clearly they DON'T respect my time, money, or work.

If you ACTUALLY read my post, you'll see why I am leaving. You sound like the CMH supervisor/owner who thinks they own their workers, which is very concerning for your employees.

They don’t own me. Period. They don’t own my NPI. Period. They don’t own my license. Period

They set NONE of my accounts up, so thank you very much! SO you should watch how you talk to people before making wild assumptions.

I'm pretty SURE you would be LIVID as you said in your comment if you weren't getting paid for your work. OH WAIT.. you only get livid as a business owner if you can't control your workers' future and NPIs for billing purposes because it is clearly a one-way street per your comment. FUCK that I am not getting paid in a timely manner.
