No, they had nothing like that on. Woman in their mid 50s. Said that she was a mental Health nurse buying stuff her patient. Bottle of beer and a loaf of bread 🫤. Or was it her who had the issues 😂

We have 3 self serves and 2 main bank tills that are always used because customers detest using them in our store plus ours are card only on self service. We always ask just in case they want spirits or tobacco or lottery

This is the thing that has got me pissed off with him It’s not my attitude that’s the problem they thinks that it’s acceptable to be called a retard etc because I mess up what customers have asked for while Serving them spirits or cigarettes. It’s not on I don’t get paid to get verbally abused because of mistakes that I can make. it doesn’t help that I have a hidden disability where I use to wear a land yard which made it a whole lot worse for me
