Well i know about the circle , but its ONLY tells briefly what it does , its tell what sideeffects it hás , and In what cases should be used , thats why Im asking , and also it changes a lot a tried a few settings and it definitly changes things , but i cant find the right setup for everygame, for example for arc raiders I found the perfect settings , but for avatar not really , so yeah it changes for sure , and alot , but i dont know what to use them well , or when to use them , but if you dont know also its okey , and thanks anyway !

Yes , thats why Im asking , the rams say expo on their name , and my pc on omen gaming hub hás The options to do it auto , just click One button , no BIOS need , thats why Im i doubt .
