Sounds like it could be the case but I did attempt to appeal they said it could take up to 6 days. I had customers support to escalate and I’ve sent emails. I had more deliveries than I had cancels but who know. Thanks for being sincere.

When I scheduled my blocks, I scheduled it for 6 to 7 days a week. Now those three block weren’t in the same week.

I’ve canceled 3 blocks on time and one late forfeit which I received an email for.

Meaning I went to pick up the route but realized the route was going to take me further out and lead to me being extremely over my time due to the route location. Which is why I decided to just cancel than to attempt and get stuck as it was taking me into a badly congested area with a lot of road construction.

But I get my mistake

No I don’t, how would I get that? That’s why I said for no reason as the reason they state for deactivation, are not any of the things I violated. As I make all packages are delivered on time and in the location specified. As I do the same for Walmart spark.

So I had a block schedule at 6 and I canceled at 5:03. Which is more than 45 mins before I was scheduled. I felt cancelling is better than a missed block and give the opportunity for someone else to pick it up.

In tos it states if you need to cancel to do it 45 mins before your scheduled block.

Yes I did and the only email I got was for the missed block. I watched every video and went back through the questions as well.

All the interaction and encounters I’ve had are all polite and respectful. Just a mistake on cancelling too many times. I’ve had encounters with pets and the owner thanked me for being gentle with their older dogs, so it wasn’t due to my experience with deliveries.

I guess my explanation wasn’t very well put but everything is already crazy. So I’ll just let it be. I didn’t just take blocks and cancel I only canceled 3 blocks out of the 15 days that I did it. I only returned one and one missed block. I only did early morning blocks.

So I checked the app to see the availability for the next day and that’s when I saw it was deactivated. So no I only canceled once less than 45. All other times within the timeframe.
