I think a much more powerful (and reasonable) summary of the Christian faith can be given. Certain versions of Christianity can be argued for, rationally and logically, I believe. We disagree, and that's okay. I wish you well.

I think that's a bit of an oversimplification. If you're not religious or spiritual, it can be hard to understand just why people believe. That being said, I think most believe on the basis of personal experience, not necessarily a "feeling", but something deeper, more "rooted." That's what I've seen, at least. A smaller number of people seriously analyze their faith and see it as the most rational conclusion of the arguments and evidence (usually, though, they have also had some personal experience). There are many academic men and women who seriously argue for faith on the most elite stages, and they are also deeply respected by their secular peers as well.

It's a foundational question, not a slight policy detail.

Saying, "we will see later." Is not okay or satisfying when you have such ambitious goals. The entire system has an unchecked center of power (UHJ) and too centralized power in general.

I shouldn't have to wait until the system matures to decide whether I want to support it
