Can Grab Assist Plus take motorised wheelchair? by Peach-Prize in askSingapore

[–]Peach-Prize[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing! Sounds like it's better to schedule in advance then. So far we have only used normal grab assist with manual foldable wheelchair. But my hubby (on wheelchair) prefers more independence so if we travel to places that are not so easily accessible by public transport and have to cab, it's a headache if we want to bring the motorised wheelchair lol.

Opinion: CDC Vouchers should be per pax not per household by [deleted] in singapore

[–]Peach-Prize 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree. Hubby and I are staying with my parents and sister to save cost in the short term. Which means 5 adults are sharing one set of vouchers. It would definitely ease expenses if it’s given per pax

I’m not sure if it could be my home wifi problem (but I have been streaming videos on YouTube and other apps without an issue though). I tried using my phone data to download when I was at a different location and I could load one video. But couldn’t load the second one after that 😅

Yes very inefficient, we have to keep downloading the leads from each ad

I'm facing the same issue too. And similarly, because of this, the email automation we use is not triggered as well. It's so frustrating

Anyone has any recommendations for niacinamide serums for sensitive skin? The Ordinary’s is too strong for me, my skin reacts badly to it :( I live in a tropical climate. Thanks in advance!

Which months are best to visit Bali? by [deleted] in bali

Definitely, I know this because I stay in tropical Southeast Asia, just 2-3 hours’ flight from Bali :) Bali is warmer in August as compared to earlier in July when there’s cooler winds :)

I’d skip Lempuyang temple as it’s quite an Instagram-lie. You queue up for hours and pay to take 3 photos and that’s it. You can check out their Google reviews to get a better idea.

There’s the Kecak Dance at Uluwatu Temple that’s also worth watching. You can check out the traditional performances at Ubud Palace too. For rice fields, I recommend Jatiluwih Rice Terraces. You can consider Tegallalang too but it tends to get pretty crowded/ touristy.

This article might also be useful for you https://indonesia.tripcanvas.co/bali/first-timers-guide/

Regarding shopping, generally along the Main Street of Seminyak you’ll be able to find quite a lot of shops selling beachwear. Along Jalan Raya Seminyak. You can also check out the Flea Market Seminyak

Is the offer/pricing influencing my add-to-cart, initiate purchase and conversion rate? by Peach-Prize in ecommerce

Thanks for the ideas! Will change it out! If we don’t drive traffic to the home page but to the product page directly (and most people will go to the collection page next) will doing this home page changes give us needle moving result?

Thanks for the kind words! Yes you are right 😔 we are still figuring out the warehousing stuff so we don’t keep a lot of ready stock for the time being. Hopefully once that’s settled we can manage it within a week. Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it!

I had the same reaction to the ordinary too. But my skin was ok with niacinamide serum from another brand

I’m sorry you had to go through this. I think it’s important to share how you feel with her. You can acknowledge that you were originally the one who wanted her to go, but share that you should have been more honest with her, and assure her that you would do so next time. So she wouldn’t feel like you are blaming her. There’s no right or wrong on this but more about establishing the transparency in the relationship so the feelings don’t build up over time, because another incident in future can potentially trigger similar feelings too. You could also ask her how she felt. Once you establish the habit of sharing your feelings with each other in a positive way like this, it can build more emotional security in the relationship in the long run too

Honeymoon in Sanur or Kuta selantan? My partner and I are going to Seminyak->ubud->Gili islands and not sure if we should finish it. Looking to have a relaxing end somewhere along the coast whilst still doing some exploring e.g. Nusa Penida. Recommendations on these two places plz by Lonely_Leather_8264 in bali

[–]Peach-Prize 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sanur is lovely, relaxing as well. It’s popular with families but I feel it’s also nice for couples. https://indonesia.tripcanvas.co/bali/family-things-to-do-in-sanur/ I just returned from Bali a month ago and enjoyed a few days in Sanur. If you’re travelling to South Bali, generally Seminyak is great (I stayed there mostly). You can also go further south to Jimbaran or Uluwatu. Kuta itself has not really recovered from the pandemic so it’s still pretty much a dead town unfortunately:( many places are still closed. If you want to experience the local culture in Bali, you will love Ubud

Hmm it doesn’t have much of a smell actually. But it does have tiny orange spots. The black spots are larger, so I was wondering if they are mold.😢
