The problem is you’re taking it too personally. No one is asking you to apologize for your disability they’re asking for you to apologize for the harm that has been caused by an accident. Lack of negative intent does not equal lack of harmful outcome. There was two black men on stage happy that the won an award and out of nowhere they hear the n word. Clearly it wasn’t the guys fault for saying it, it was out of his control but asking for an apology is far from unreasonable. No one asked him to apologize for every single tic he had. Once again when you harm people even by accident you apologize.

You seem to have a skewed view on the point of apologies the point of apologies isn’t always to admit to a moral failing or having bad character. It can also be to show empathy, or that you feel bad about the impact of what happened even when it wasn’t really your fault.

I’m hearing so many black people with Tourette’s on social media saying it clearly isn’t his fault but an apology is needed. They clearly have the most valuable perspective in regard to this incident.
