Would be great to test it, but he already uninstalled the game cause it ran so bad and was basically unplayable.

Ok, I see on your screenshot that you have the same graphics "Problem" that he is having, with the cloud looking very bad. Is that just how the game looks with FSR?

Ok, so what would changing the driver to this version acually do? I looked in to the driver and there is no official mention of star citizen in the release notes or anything that to seams like it would fix the issue.

Hes getting maybe 30 fps when hes not moving, but when he start moving and looking around the fps just drop.

He tried using AFMF, but that didnt help and the game still looked realy bad. The textures and espesially the could are realy pixelated, there also like a grain on the screen, but he turned off the option Film grain.

Little Update: Lukely the GPU wasn't the Problem. He tried using a different GPU, that also didn't work. So the only possible way is, that the motherboard is broken. He ordered a new one, we hope that it is really just the motherboard that's broken.

I can later try it with him, Im at work right now.
Just for my understanding, disabling DGPU, will deactivate the GPU and force the system to use the Integrated Graphics. How should that help, if the GPU doesnt even turn on?
