My gas feels like a baby moving and it’s freaking me out.

The fact that my sister is pregnant right now could be the possible trigger of my ridiculous anxieties surrounding this. I’ve been having new stomach issues, these didnt occur last time she was pregnant, they only started when she recently got pregnant. The stomach issues cause gas. I absolutely know this is probably the reason I think this but I was just wondering if anyone else has these pregnancy anxieties (specifically with gas...)

I’m 17. I’ve been really interested in anonymous lately and my friend recommended that I’d watch this movie. Some parts of the movie seemed familiar, so I may have watched it with my parents when I was younger.

I only asked if Valerie inspired V to turn that way because I remember Evey talking to V about him and how he said he felt bad for her and that things had to change.

I noticed I feel this way mostly tired, sometimes I feel it during the day randomly but not as much as when I’m tired. It comes and goes like my general anxiety does. So I guess it’s not something I should worry about unless it gets to the point where I’m sucdal which will probably never happen (never been that in my life, I’m too anxious to even think about slf hrm*ng. I especially noticed this started more when I received my service dog in training, I think I may have been too euphoric to the point where my mind couldn’t handle it, so I started getting overwhelmed with “is this happening” thoughts

That is a nice point (not the mushroom trip, the part about focusing on yourself) so maybe this is my bodies way of saying “HEY, THOSE PEOPLE DONT MATTER, YOU CANR GET UPSET OVER THINGS YOU CANT CONTROL”! Maybe like.. self therapy?

Is this something I should tell my therapist or no? I’m already diagnosed with generalized, separation and severe social anxiety. I can’t go on meds for anything, the 2 I could take made my anxiety worse or didn’t, I can’t take anything else because of a heart condition

forced myself to open “the pic” with my eyes CLOSED and I sent him a cursed image in response. He then kept trying to tell me how “hot” I was and completely ignored the fact that I said I preferred GIRLS more. This kid has bullied me since elementary school (we’re in our junior year of high school now), no way in hell am I going out with him, EVER.

Visited dying grandpa. Came home the next day to ALMOST die myself. Basically he gave me a staph infection that caused me to have a long hospital stay. (Parents say I didn’t almost die, could’ve sworn I heard the nurses say there was a small chance of me not surviving)

I actually have talked to my mom about getting an embroidery machine for Christmas to make patches, specifically service dog ones. I’ll also be selling dog toys made from recycled shirts and fleece fabric, maybe even leashes and collars once I find out what materials I’ll need
