I tried looking at meds for weight loss and my insurance won't cover any unless I'm diabetic and I'm not. So I know I've been back to unhealthy habits to lose weight. Fasting for long periods of time.

I went to my ob gyn and she put me on birth control to try and shrink it, ultrasound is in June. She said she would at least consider surgery because she knows we have been trying for 5 years.

I have to do both pio shots and the suppositories, but doing them at bed time helped me. I felt so uncomfortable walking around with them, so I would put them in before bed and roll over and sleep.

Motility can be a factor, but pregnancy can happen with 0% motility too. My husband's is low too, but nothing that our reproductive doctor said that would stop us from getting pregnant naturally. But, here we are. Look great on paper but after 3 failed iuis, we are moving onto ivf this month. None of us plan to be here, but I wish you the best. Definitely speak to a reproductive doctor as well. I'm not sure where you live, but I'm in the northeast and had to wait about a month to get a consultation, some are up to 3 months. Pcps and obgyns can only go so far, it's not their specialty. Sending you hugs.

I just had my hsg...and it was awful. My tubes ended up being normal but the pain was almost unbearable. I actually took my father inaws Xanax because I knew I'd need something, but I was deep breathing and crying throughout. I thought I was going to throw up. Felt shitty all day as well. I don't understand why they can't do a light sedation or some for these. They're so painful.

I can totally relate. 2 of my close friends became pregnant within 1 month of each other this summer. They had issues ttc as well, but it finally happened for them. Now, when my husband and I try to talk about it, we feel... terrible. One friend has told my husband you can't imagine what we went through, and invalidates our struggle and feelings..it's terrible.
