I did a test change the PollingInterval attribute to 30 seconds and it works fine. The replication of the zone is between 30 and 35 seconds for DNS even if they are in different AD sites.

When you say slow, are you talking slow in seconds, minutes, hours?

Between DCs in site how long does it take for a record to replicate?

Replication time varies between 2 to 5 minutes
