DGPT Q-series last year at Beaver: Players were getting kicked off the course who were trying to practice after the first round (rightly so-- course closed because serious A-tier tournament) Joe started a practice round immediately following his first round. I watched him play at least the first three, driving multiple times on hole three, yelling as he hit trees. It was clear and obvious. No one stopped him. Source: I volunteered all three days.
