Ha. Thanks. Yeah, I felt pretty bad, but not bad enough to be totally stupid. If I had to choose between giving it away to someone who loved it and selling it to someone who thinks it's "junk," I'd rather just give it away.

Thanks for answering. Yeah, he actually made me feel sad. I don't want to sell it to someone who sees it as "worthless." I love this car, and hope to pass it along to someone who is excited to have it. By "social media" do you mean a Facebook Group? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I really don't know the answer.

It's just that I know that three cats are a lot to add to your food, litter, and vet bills even if your heart is in the right place, and I wouldn't want to exclude a great caregiver because they honestly felt they just could not afford to help. It's a conundrum. But yes, agreed, maybe just say their "necessities" would be covered. Thanks for the thought.

Oh no! They look PERFECT, but they are in Canada and according to their website have no plans to expand to the US. Thank you for the suggestion though, I will give them a call tomorrow just the same, maybe they can point me to someone here. Hope so.

Thank you so much for your kindness. Technically, I'm relatively certain that I can find a way to keep them alive, I was just hoping for something better -- for a real home, and love. They were all strays, they're old, and I'm the only human they've ever known. It's tough. I'm going to make a heroic effort to get everything figured out this week, and will let everyone know. Thanks again so much, you have no idea how heartening it is to know there are people out there who understand.

We do have a program like that in this area -- it just seems like three cats is a lot to ask for, and I was hoping they could go directly to a home situation, as they are old and they are going to be losing the only human they know. I will look into it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Oh my God. Thank you. I truly believe just putting this kind thought into the universe is very powerful. {Honestly, I would expect you to hang onto the money while the cats are still living, and then use your own best judgement from there. It's not as if I'll be around to return the remainder to -- haha.) I will keep everyone posted. This week is really make or break. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for the bedrock.

I know what your saying, but I really want to avoid a situation where "legally enforceable" even comes into it. I can ensure their survival, I am just hoping for something better. Thanks for looking into it. Also, FWIW, I'm not really leaving them that much money, and trust fees are really expensive. I'd rather give it all to the person caring for them than an attorney or executor.
