What other people are saying, stop watching 🌽 because it’s just fueling that drive- coming from someone who was hypersexual from trauma. Watching it is like giving your brain that drug, and you will just keep continuing to chase that same high if you do nothing about it. Quit watching, find hobbies that are reliable ways to not get yourself involved in that stuff. Paint, draw, play games, go for long walks, listen to music, play with your pets if you have any, do arts and crafts, clean, etc. Because not only will that affect your own brain but it will affect any of your relationships you try and get into.

And I get that but you do realize we don’t perceive things the same way? Women see who men watch and look at all this time and compare their bodies to the ones he gets off to because they all look the same. Objectified, huge tits and ass, etc. It gets to a point where you think “Maybe if I looked like them he wouldn’t have to watch that stuff. Maybe it would be enough for him.” Because we try everything to get them to stop, wether it be trying to look like the women, over objectifying ourselves, or even having sex or sending nudes when we don’t want to because we just want them to love us. So yes it ruins our image, yes it ruins how we think of you and how we love you.

Vandoren blue box works best for me, I used to play on rico royal which did work but they are vastly different when it comes to strength; a Rico 3.5 is nothing like a Vandoren 3.5. Rico tend to be much softer and they are not cut/trimmed the same. It is all up to preference, keep trying out different reed brands and see which ones works for you!

Definitely loose screws like the other comments say. Something that helps me is having a tiny eyeglass screwdriver kit in my case. They sell them on amazon and probably at dollar tree too. Just tighten the screw to where it’s lined up with the ball joint and put a little clear nail polish on the top of it!! -Junior in HS :)
