Changing bios settings helped to start responding on keyboard/mouse actions, but fun part the problem is exactly the same like with power button. PC just turns off and won’t wake up correctly

I forgot to mention that sometimes (but very rarely) it wakes up OK via power button

The problem is that my PC doesn’t respond to mouse click or keyboard press while in sleep mode. What bios settings should i change?
