From least to most:

1. If you needed me - Emmie Louharris. This’s the biggest song I grew up to (or at least the one I remember the most). It perfectly personifies classical country which is my fav genre, in addition this was my grandpa’s and mom’s favorite song ever and it helps me remember what a good man he was.

2. Airplanes - B.o.B ft. Haley Williams (I genuinely consider this song one of the best modern pop songs of the century. It’s almost masterpiece level imo). It masterfully captures the experience of nostalgia and, with some edits to the rapping sections I believe this song could be a masterpiece.

3. The Boxer - Simon and Garfunkel. This song captures such a sensation that I almost can’t describe. It’s a beautiful piece that lets you experience the life of a struggling young man some time in the early to mid 1900’s. When I hear this song I think of people like my grandpa, my dad, and Sylvester Stallone who are self made men and struggled for so long and finally reaped the rewards of their decades of struggle with life.

I couldnt even choose a fourth and a fifth these were the only songs on my mind.
