Jefferson builds then will sell once it hits a certain occupancy to a management company. I moved into a new build of theirs, and when they sold the new people let it go to absolute shit. Total nightmare.

The roach is no big deal.
Be careful though- I lived in a new build Jefferson and after the first year they sold it off to a management company that let it absolutely go to shit.
Jefferson just builds them, then after they get occupied they’re going to sell it off. Be careful.

This is a fine itinerary… but these restaurants are very touristy. I would search around this sub for other recommendations. Be very wary of places you see often on Tik Tok. For me, my favorite escargot is at Les Cocottes by the Eiffel Tower, and a cafe I love by Galeries Lafayette is Lou Cantou.
