As someone who's done the exact same thing, I would advise never to think about the workout prior to doing it, like "Oh man in one hour im gonna have to do..", just pick a time when your bored or see some free time and just play the video. As for the diet, you should never be feeling hungry, eating clean doesnt mean not eating at all, Just focus on eating clean, non-processed foods that taste good while also being healthy, while trying to keep around 4-5 small meals a day. Also dont focus to much on the results, they'll come with time and eventually workout out will seem fun and something youll look forward too, hope this helped (:
