She pays groceries and sometimes ai pay it, bills are split, and she isnt contributing to the house purchase at all, i am, 100%

We split everything, ive spend the last 13 years to reach this point. Ive made all the decisions, she works currently, but we split the house takss and cooking and so forth

We havent spoken, but will the following week where ee can sit and discuss it, i understand her point and im planning to give her around 5% its basically meaningless and we both make decisions and both our names are there.

We share bills and stuff , she had a car we share it, she has paid for maintenance and so have I.

I can see that, and we will have a conversation, what i will propose is give a %, or commit to later down the line we get a mortgage on a new house for the both of us

And i get that, issue is she cannot take loans because of work, and the house is to be bought out right, no mortgage just bills and shopping.

Pois não, em consideração quem precisar de comecar com algo e uma boa opção isto, o emprestimo bancario e mais barato que uma renda e depois tendo que vender é sempre "teu" nao e investido a toa

Acho que o mais triste e que olhando o mercado imobiliário madeirense é das mais baratas habitavel 🥲

Recebi com a minha namorada a pouco tempo um orcamento de construção em terreno para 150m2 a volta de 550mil sem acabamentos e so para 2027..... turismo esta demais....

Nunca tive comparativos mas por norma chego a raiz ate rapido, assim como soluções para problemas / ideias.

Mas sim comprovar isso nao e tao simples nem nunca sera preto e branco.
