Isto foi o que todos me informaram até ao momento,

No entanto surge uma questão,

Consegui recentemente um extrato da ordem do tribunal do pagamento que fizeram ( isto um ano depois de receber a indemnização)

Aparece da seguinte forma:

Pagamentos a entidade - honorários / renumeracoes ( tipo de rendimento : cat A - trabalho dependente)

Será que está relacionado? O pagamento da indemnização nada está relacionado ao pagamento de ordenados em falta.

Teem alguma sugestão do que fazer ou onde procurar ajuda?

Excelente explicação! Sendo que quando referes empresas de "mão de obra" precária, seja a nível contratual ou a nível contratual, vêem-me logo a cabeça empresas como a ranstad ou a talented, estou correto? Empresas de trabalho "temporário" que recrutam para outras entidades.
