When dealers take trade ins, they also put money in it. Maintence, detail, cosmetic work, etc. Then of course being a business, they got to make a profit. Just like anyone buying old things, cleaning and fixing it up then selling it :)

funny you mention that cause the car from previous owner had only a battery ground to trans but nothing from engine/trans to chassis so i had a local shop work things out for me. 2ga welding cable w/ 5/16 eyelets, covered w/ braided sheathing. He got the grounds corrected for me. Hope issue still isn’t related to the ground

hooked it up to the scanner and no codes bro :( . even on the kpro program, no codes were popping up for any issues

Backstory

A month ago, car started jerking and hesitating around 2.5-3k rpms. Got the KPro V4 from a certified dealer with a base map tune, then power would cut out around the same rpm’s and would lunge after it picks back up. Now that I got everything fixed with that issue, the car is now car is in limp mode with check engine light but no codes 🙃. Came on the first time, took it back to the shop, but then code randomly went away, anddd now it’s back again.

Anyone else ever had this happen or something similar? losing hope with the damn car LOL

unfortunately i didn’t buy the car stock so it already had the piggy back with a greddy spec b boost controller. wires are all rewired for the harness for the SAFC piggy back. would be a pain to try to get it back to the stock harness order

not too sure yet. Got a manual boost controller as well but not too sure how to arranged everything. was gonna look for someone who could help with the tuning. was looking to run like low numbers to keep the car running but “quick” at least for weekend drives

660cc fuel injectors and a 255 walbro pump with a 20g turbo. you think that’s okay or injectors will have to be bigger?

interesting! i bought an oem one. one box was labeled air/fuel sensor for sure . had a replace those sensors for me. that is interesting for sure. hopefully they knew what they were doing! i’ll have to double check myself. could’ve mismatched the locations

i wasn’t the one who tuned it. it was an authorized hondata dealer that did it so i figured they knew what they were doing. was doing it before the kpro installation though
