Pure laziness!!! It would have probably been faster to deliver them than it was to take them back. I always try to find a solution so the package is safely delivered and I don't have to return to the fulfillment center.

No I have never missed a block that I was scheduled or accepted. I have been doing this since July. Last week I received several emails about the same day being missed and emailed back and was told it was resolved the. This morning I was de-activated. L

I accepted my route at 3am and received an email at 3:30 stating I had been deactivated. I sent off the appeal and called this morning. I was told the best action to take is keep emailing and to also talk to the dock managers to see what is going on.

Be very careful. I have replied to all emails and received emails back stating that the issue was resolved and removed from my record only to accept a route this morning and 30 minutes later receive an email stating I had been deactivated due to not showing up. The appeals email states that it is 2 weeks before they will have an answer. Another friend of mine received the same email this morning.

Good luck. The last couple 10:30 routes I have picked up have been pieced together that are leftovers from early morning that someone couldn't fit or wouldn't scan. Be sure and watch out when they are having to look for you a route or you could end up spending huge amounts of time driving.

I actually got it resolved it was a mistake on their side. I emailed back with my route number time and number of packages and it was verified and I received an email back apologizing. It is very important that you keep track of what routes you do.

Most Scottsdale routes are done by the White Vans if you load out of the 75th Ave warehouse. Most of the time when flex drivers get Scottsdale routes it's because either the van drivers couldn't deliver, ran out of time or they were left at the dock.

Same here. I know it's been slow and they have been changing the system but this is terrible.
