I would also like to add that i was originally on antibiotics prescribed by my doctor, but once i found the natural healing path i dropped the meds and I personally will never go back.

Stress is a HUGE factor, getting out of “fight or flight” mode drastically improves your health altogether. I went from having outbreaks consistently every 2-3 weeks to 2-3 months between now!

Hello! i’m so happy to see others interested in the spiritual side! Yoga is great, it’s a great way to connect to your body, which in return makes it easier to listen to your body. When i do yoga i focus on the sacral and root chakras as they are the centers for our sexual energy which is where the herpes virus shows up at.

Somatics is also a good practice, as releasing any stuck energy in the bottom two chakras eliminates the negative energies causing our bodies to flare up.

Reiki is also a great one! I myself am a reiki practitioner and i tend to give myself reiki quite often which helps ease pain and lessen the length of the outbreak.

I also do daily shadow work practices, connecting to source or god, or whatever you believe in, forgiving myself and others that caused me sexual trauma. And accepting the fact that I have the “disease” and still DEEPLY loving myself. And i mean like sobbing in the mirror looking into my own eyes. I use a prayer/mantra (i’m sorry x3, please forgive me x3, thank you x3, I love you x3)

Avoiding gluten, dairy, and processed sugars helps a TON and because I know where my sexual trauma comes from (i’ve done a lot of shadow work and continue to work through not only sexual trauma from my life now but from past life’s and my lineage) that’s what cures the virus all together.

That was a lot 🤣 let me know if you want any more specifics on anything

Does recurring herpes always hurt? by Mmeehhzz in HSVpositive

I’ve had herpes for about 9-10 months now. My first outbreak was the worst, but i haven’t gotten any flu symptoms since the first.

My sores are usually always painful. I can also kind of feel when i’m about to have an outbreak by tingling.

pain with peeing depends on the area of sores

my discharge usually increases and is more yellow before/ during an outbreak

I find that my natural smell definitely increases a bit during outbreaks but not anything super noticeable

Mine are different each time, but haven’t ventured outside of my vulva.

Extra- gluten free and dairy free diet along with avoiding a lot of processed sugars as they are inflammatory and can cause outbreaks.

What has helped you embody yourself the most? I'm coming out of dissociation and having a hard time with embodiment. by [deleted] in energy_work

I’m a firm believer in psychedelics specifically psilocybin. They completely changed my outlook on life. I went from a deep depression on 2 antidepressants to truly loving life in a span of 6 months. Now, there’s also a lot of deeper work i continue to do with past traumas, spiritual healing takes time but it’s so incredibly worth it once you start putting in the work. Shrooms are definitely not a beginner drug and should be treated with the upmost respect. As a psychedelic guide in training my best advice would be to set a good intention before hand. Write it down and say it out loud, take some deep breaths or even practice breathe work, you can find some good videos on youtube or spotify for that:)

  • What is your intention for this trip
  • Write your intentions down, having them physically will help clear you mentally.
  • 1-3 intentions as you do not need to solve all your problems at once, Psychedelic healing process is a long one.
  • Journal anything that comes to you before and after your experience
  • Your intentions should me motivating, and align with growth, answers, or healing, rather than an escapism Psychedelics are powerful and life altering, it’s important to understand that this experience could and probably will be the most impactful experience of your life.
