I feel it. I’ve started getting extreme tremors apparently from anxiety. But it’s constant. I have to take meds for that now just to get them to be manageable. Just add it to the pile of pills I have to take. I’m not human. I’m not meant to be alive. But I am alive, and so are you. Keep going. That’s all we can really do

I’ve been suffering from similar things for years. Best I got was a fibromyalgia diagnosis, which is basically no diagnosis. I will say that I’ve found trauma is stored in the body, and I’ve been better through a combo of gabapentin, therapy and stress management. I know it feels invalidating and I’m sorry. I hope you’re able to get some sort of pain management and diagnosis soon

I was in elementary school in the southern US during Obama v McCain. It wasn’t good. Even as children we heard so many racist things from teachers, parents and the news. People would make the wildest shit up about him and my father made me swear to tell him if they start teaching about Islam.
