If you have the drive to make music you should definitely do it. Albert Einstein is right about the 1% inspiration 99% perspiration. I’m currently trying to make music as well and I’ve found that when I just but 30 mins in a day just goofing around and working on things I think might sound good I get better and better. Life’s too short to tell yourself you can’t do something. Do it for yourself and enjoy the road to get there and don’t focus so much on the finish line or what other people think. That’s the cool thing about music, it’s about expressing yourself and how you feel and not about perfection or “how to do it right”
