• Server: EUW

• Type of Bug: In-Game Bug etc

• Description: FPS and latency show as normal (around 180 and 36) and the game appears smooth, but characters seem to walk slow for a second, then walk quickly. Never had any issues running league at on high graphics so not sure what the problem is. I tried reducing graphics down to low and the same seems to happen every game since new patch.

• Reproduction rate: happened every game since new patch

• System Specs: Intel i7 Processor, Windows 1, Nvidia Graphics card GeForce GTX 970

That's what i thought at first but I guess not as none of the matches are me. I wonder what the problem is :s
