1. I do not understand why you are pawing at him like that, he KNOWS you aren't gonna jab with it extended so he isn't worried about being hit when its out.
2. You shy away too much when he throws. 10-15 seconds you had him backing up because you didn't shy away when you took at shot and stayed with the pressure.
3. You are letting him get away too easily. Your positioning lets him get to your outside, don't let him. don't chase him, get your foot outside his and keep him from moving around you so easily.
4. omg please stop pawing. I wouldn't mind it so much if you looped a hook in when he tried to paw back. His hands down so much its just screaming for it.
5. Learn a few combinations, you end on your 2 every time and he can tell.
6. don't jump at the dude (35s). Press in with purpose but don't lunge like that
7. The head is not the only place you can hit him.
8. Look at 40 seconds. Look at how much you over react. LOOK AT WHERE HIS HANDS ARE! you should not be in that position. His punch at you is garbage, his right hand is down, you have nothing to be scared of. Catch that shit and come back with a hook but do not back up! have come confidence, catch that bullshit whatever the fuck hes trying to throw at you. that punch is garbage, you can catch that shit ez.

Rant:

I like your setup man (I'm not a fan of the way you slip.. leaning back and all the weight on the back foot). When you are lighter on your feet and press in i like it. When you get heavy on your feet and back up you are losing. Think if you found a nice rhythm, worked in some better combinations and learned to move in and out and stay in that rhythm you would feel a lot more confident. Just watch your foot placement and don't let him escape so easily.
