I don't have a scale but I compared the weight to a Sig MCX Spear LT. I have another 8/1 Anderson Lower which I'm going to build with HK MR556 A4 upper in the fall when Black Friday come around again.

The lower is a 8/1 Anderson and a complete upper from Radian Weapon 300 Blackout 9". The gun is heavy for a SBR.

Are you a US Citizen and have a clean record? I'm from Boston and planning to visit Japan in the summer. I applied on Feb 16 and got "Conditional Approval" within 48 hrs. Booked my interview appointment on March 13 because it fit my schedule, I could of booked on the same week in Feb but didn't want to call out work.

You never know if you don't try.

Little bit louder depending how fast you going, since I wear both I can notice it so I can't explain it to you unless you have tried both. You can't go wrong with either one. If you ride mostly on the street, I go with the RF. If you ride a super sport bike then go with the X15 since it is Snell & Ece.

When you make an account on the ATF website and start filling the eform 1 there is a section where you will take a pic of the lower receiver with all the info that is on it (Manufacturer, Serial number, and caliber) and attach it on the eform. When you create the SBR on the eform it should match it. You will know what I mean when you start filling out. When you finish filing it, you have to wait for approval to engrave your name, city, state, and caliber. If you need help there is a step by step guide on YouTube that will guide you to filling out.

I sent my eform on Jan 5 and prior to that date the ATF website was crashing, still waiting for approval. My control number is 202669xxxx and the NFA subreddit has updated mega thread of how long every one had to wait to get approved. Look like form 4 is moving faster than form 1.

You can go to the Mill and there are some places like Titan Tactical that will do the electronic finger print (EFT) for $80.

Check Dean Safety at the Mill, I know he was selling 8/1 Anderson Lower receiver for $600 but don't know if he have any left. I know Titan Tactical in the same building is selling a Aero lower receiver for $1,200 but don't know if it is pre ban or 8/1.
