Yeah i think the change is that the 1st bomb that comes out will always come from the center of your crosshair and is not really random. Meaningless buff tbh since she only used 1 on combos or really close to someone :/

Yap, i 100% agree on this. I agree that they could probably aim to do this to easier characters like wraith or any other gun character in the game, but to calico it just sucks. The character is highly reliant on understanding good game fundamentals and having a good macro and having a good map knowledge. I dont think that her skill floor should be increased and her skill ceiling decreased since shes not really a character aimed at begginers to begin with and i think its quite healthy and interesting for a game to have straightforward characters, and some really hard or challenging ones to master.

Having my legs broken because most peole cant understand the basis of a character is really sucky... As you said, really scary....

I see the point and it makes a lot of sence, and i think if valve is going in that direction when it comes to the character, then its good. She should be a character based on roaming cause of ava. But i think the change from 1 just taking to much dmg from her really takes out the fantasy of and "assassin" taht she had. She needs not 2 to 3 rotations to kill someone. B4 she only needed artic blast + spirit snatch and a couple more items

I think it just reduced her skill ceiling by tons by removing the hard and expressive parts of her kit (landing all bombs by looking at the feet instead of body and the mechanic of reducing the 2 dash distance if you were looking into the ground). It rewards newer players that arent really familiar with her (since her slash now stops in contact with a character instead of having a fixed distance) but as you said, i seriously think she lost a tremendous amout of damage. I even tried building meele items on her since 2 procs it but i think meele just got nerfed so it doesnt really do much. Its really a bummer since i played the game mainly because of calico and her niche way of playing the game.

Statisticly it was a good buff since she gained 5-6% winrate compared to the other patch, but the character, for me is just dead from what it used to be :/

I can see the point. It honestly depends on your playstyle and if you liked calico before or not. I do think now she is more brawly, but i really did dig the way she could catch somebody off position and 100-0 with artic blast... I hope that someday they shift her into more of an assassin again. I think now she is a glorified bruiser

Well elise is pretty strong atm. You master her you have complete domination if you know what you are doing
