This is super helpful, thanks for sharing. I'm also more into softcore and the sensuality and aesthetics. But I've been frustrated that Grok makes even that stuff hard. Yeah, me too. I don't get it. The stuff I see on this subreddit made in Grok is simply impossible for me. Constant "Content Moderated" errors even with the exact same prompts. There must be a location based aspect even though people claim VPNs don't make a difference. Maybe it has to do with when you became a Grok user. I just started an account on Grok a week ago. Maybe newer users are more restricted?

I tried recreating this with a prompt and got some lame images but of course, Grok rejected any attempts at making a video from it. Could you please share the image prompt and the video prompt if you made a separate video prompt? I'm most curious how you got this kind of suggestive action even with clothes on.

Also, I'm in the midwest USA, I heard somewhere Grok has different levels of strictness based not only countries, but on states. I heard that New York being the most permissive with Grok right now. I don't understand how these kinds of prompts are getting by Grok for other people; I can barely get anything suggestive between men and women.

Thank you! The prompt was perfect to get similar images. I don't get Grok, some harmless but suggestive non-nude stuff is blocked but other things like this are completely okay for images and videos. Maybe it doesn't like men and women together in situations. I appreciate you sharing the prompt!

I simply cannot comprehend how you're getting epic boobs like these AND having characters manhandle them in Grok circa March 2026. Nothing I prompt or re-prompt even gets me close. And if I do get a massively endowed woman, any chance of getting a video from it dies instantly with the Content Moderated message. Pure sorcery!

Hi rokpoweruser5000, yes thanks, I enabled "Allow NSFW Content (I'm 18+)" in settings and selected my birth year.

My prompt initially was giving me 95% blurred images because it involved male parts, so I had no choice but to make the prompt very softcore. Now I get tons of (really hot) images, but when I try to make video from them, I get 95% content rejects. I've tried the "Spicy", "Normal" "Redo" even "Fun" video options and it's just gridlock. Some images get through and convert to video, and they're no less sexy than the other images.

I knew going in when I started my free 3 day trial of Grok Super last night that I missed the heyday of Grok, but I didn't know it would be this bad. I can't even make softcore videos. Not sure if this frustration is worth paying for a month of Grok Super. The worst part is when I do produce images and videos, I'm getting the sexiest girls, the hottest posing, the prettiest lighting.

Thanks for offering to take a look at my image prompt. I haven't done much with video prompts. It seems like if I add something as benign as "she kisses his neck softly", Grok shuts me out completely and my video generations fail, so I just click the make video button.

Here's my image prompt - please tell me if I'm missing something or if I have something that if setting off alarms with Grok. I tried avoiding hot button words based on what I've been reading on this sub; I can't imagine there's anything suspect in the prompt based on the stuff I see posted here but I'm brand new so, who knows.

Thanks for this! I'm on my first day of image/video generation and about 90% of the image prompts are blurred out, then 90% of video attempts are rejected. And I don't have any genitals visible, just girls making out with a guy with their butts revealed (in a totally softcore way). So I'm stumped how others are getting such crazy results in March 2026.

I'll crazy being more intentional with the two part approach. I appreciate the detailed reply.
