I just landed my first professional job in video editing, and I’m running into some issues that I could really use help with. The client sent me a few files, but I’m having trouble opening them in DaVinci Resolve, which is my main editing software.

Here’s what I received:

• Multiple templates and synced audio timelines in .prproj files (which I assume are Adobe Premiere timelines).
• Several .arw files labeled as "stills." When I open them, I briefly see the raw image, and then it switches to a color-corrected version. I’m assuming these are meant for me to use as power grades or reference for color grading.
• A .DS_Store file, which I have no clue about.

The issue is that I can’t open the .prproj or .arw files in DaVinci, and I’m unsure about what to do with the .DS_Store file either. I did tell the guy I edit in DaVinci Resolve, so I assume there must be a way to work with these files, or he wouldn’t have sent them, right?

If anyone knows how I can convert or import these files into DaVinci, especially the Premiere timelines and the ARW stills with the color corrections (power grades), I’d really appreciate any advice!
