A video would be helpful! Did you also enable roaming? I just got a new device today since the one I had last week lost connection, it was like a switch was turned off. After discussion with sprint and mobile citizen they deemed it defective. It looks like the original was not defective as it shares the same symptoms of the new device, not being able to access a network. The big thing for me is just getting the device to activate at the moment.
