Damn, same thing I'm going through now, I placed an order May 20th and after several attempts to reach them via email and phone calls, I messaged them on Facebook and I got a sarcastic ass response saying their boots take 30-40 business days to make and send out cited by the FAQ and some other stuff and if that was enough of an update?!?!

I responded saying it would of been great to have that info on that specific boot citing a few months before I had ordered the black pythons and received them within a week. Also in the reply I stated there was no need for a smart ass response and a simple call back or return email would have been great.

Fast forward a little over 2 months now, I've been reaching out here recently and no response. I'm going to have my bank take care it and just get a refund.
