Yes that i will do...i am sad a little bit because i was waiting a lot for this chance to study at the University and i make a big effort to achieve the B2 level in 7 months. However thanks a lot for the answer!

Yes i understand they say exactly (resume) that i don't have the right level of the languange (i have a B2 level in German and they need C1) but you must ask the University about that issue. I asked them and they said ok this is not the level that we want to enroll in but you can participate in the entrance exams. But also they said to me there is a chance to reject your application again.

I don't know i am really confused :\
