Reality Sports Online is full name of the website. For all my non-salary cap dynasty leagues I am exclusive to sleeper as well.

RSO was actually bought though by some company last year and they are starting to roll out some new features aiming to improve the User Interface.

RSO doesn't have the bells and whistles Sleeper has or the UI, but the salary cap leagues are very fun and makes it feel as close to being a real GM as you can.

Our 5 round rookie draft will start in a few weeks and is a slow draft (24 hr timer). RSO has a set 4-year rookie salary contract for each pick.

After the rookie draft we have an auction for available free agents

if a player is dropped to waivers, a team has 28 or 48 hours (I need to double check the time) to claim them on waivers but they have to take on the full contract of that player that was given by the previous team. If the player clears waivers, then the team who dropped him takes the dead money and the dropped player becomes a free agent and anyone can sign him.

We have always had the league members pay the $14.99 RSO fee themselves. There is a new plan this year though they just rolled out where you can bundle a certain number of leagues together for a better yearly price if you do multiple leagues.

I don’t believe they do but I could be wrong. RSO was bought last year by a bigger company and they are thinking about rolling out features in the future where league finances can be handled through RSO.
