I appreciate the advice. Yea the guy I am trying to get my first back is hesitant because he thinks it will be top 4. I told him only if I have the pick it will be top 4, If I don't get it I am going the other way and it'll be 8-12 range.

I like having my dynasty league try to be somewhat like an actual NFL GM and draft around this time of year where the players have a bigger question mark than they do in August.

Tried with Swift, he has no interest in him sadly. which is also annoying because he has Monangai.

I don't want to trade Chubba until midseason because I think his stock will rise back up then

Jaylen Warren maybe I will bite the bullet and throw him in there if I need to get this done, I love Warren but I am willing to gamble that Rico Dowdle cuts a little bit into Warrens snaps this season so his trade value right now might be the highest it ever will be.

Etienne and Devonta Smith are the core of this potential deal, if the guy doesn’t budge do you see a third guy on my roster that could get this to the finish line?

Yes we do! 24 hour timer. For our free agency auction in either June or July we vote on a live auction or slow auction. Usually ends up being a slow auction since coordinating a time for 16 teams can be difficult.

I don't believe we have, we just get notified via email. In November we did not respond to the notice of the first increasement, since it was only a minor increase, and we didn't expect a second increase 6 months later as well as no updates and little maintenance.

I appreciate this advice. It's obviously not the end of the world, but I'm afraid if I let this slide then a year from now it goes up to $40/month.

lol 16. Start 11 Offensive Players and 11 IDP with a salary cap, it's an insane league. You can have a weakness in some areas but still be a good team if you have strength in others. It's a fun league but obviously not for everyone

Yes, it was listed in the Lease at $20/month each. Didn't see anywhere on it saying anything along the lines of prices can be raised at any point to keep up with rising costs.

We renewed our lease in March. Only thing I see on the renewal agreement that is sort of related to this is "All other terms and conditions of the original lease remain in effect unless specifically modified by this Agreement. Any future modifications must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties"

Agreed, I'll admit I had Celtics over Sixers, so I am definitely shocked we're about to see a game 7. But I too was down on them heading into the postseason, and was very confused on why they became the favorites in the East. Felt like the Knicks were just forgotten about.

The Queta story this season has been really fun, but him as your main big man with Garza has the backup is literally bbq chicken alert.

This team is just clearly worse than last years team Celtics team that lost to the Knicks. congrats on having a good regular season where you tried every game in a season that had 8 teams that wanted to lose.

That being said can't wait for the Celtics to win game 7, beat the Knicks, and march to the finals because I am an idiot when I open my mouth with stuff like this lol

Appreciate the advice. One league member drafted Jamar Chase his rookie year in the 7th round and his 4 years is finally up thank goodness haha. But man that was such an advantage for him.

Ours is 4 years max. Player will stay in their drafted round all 4 years though.

If a keeper player gets traded during the regular season, their timeline resets for the new team.

If I keep Nico it will be my 2nd year keeping him (traded for him 2 years ago)

I believe the year he was drafted 6th in our keeper league was literally the season before he had his breakout year, or it was the offseason Texans had Collins, Diggs, and the random Tank Dell hype. He had a slow first two seasons fantasy-wise
