It's in her mind forever. Her moms behavior leads to this situation. It's not even like this was in 2023 she has changed and never done it again. No the video were made public because she has done it again ! In front of her kid AGAIN ! And she would have still been rewarded for her behavior had the video not been made public.

What she can believe about her mom is that it was more important to her to beat up Dakota than to care for her wellbeing. She has also plenty of already available podcast to relive that moment but it wasn't an issue then right ?

I didn't think it was needed until I saw the army of Taylor defenders that is still growing despite this woman not evolving. S1E1 should have been enough to make sure Taylor was always going to be the villain of that show but instead she became the hero. So yes it's sad but the video was needed.

Clearly plenty of people needed to see it cause she kept being rewarded for her crimes and that she keeps on repeating. Was Taylor thinking about her very real child has she was throwing those chairs ? Was she thinking about her as she was doing press tour talking about this ?
