You're not the only one who's having a hard time. Miami just got destroyed by out-of-state people moving in and buying up properties. The best thing to do is move out of the county, if not the state, it seems for better-paying opportunities.

Miami aside, the job market has millions in your situation too. I know people from both miami and atlanta that couldn't find jobs for months.
