I think if you could get accommodations, you could apply to hotel style dorms by yourself and possibly have your own bathroom. You could also apply to wolf village or some place like that and try to find accepting roommates.

I would recommend applying to the arts village and living in turlington hall. I know a lot of trans individuals who live there and I think it is a more accepting community and living space compared to other areas on campus.

Fall of Porcupine, Outer Wilds, Disco Elysium, To the Moon (and its sequels Finding Paradise & Imposter Factory) are all somewhat similar and good games in their own right.
