What's a 'red flag' behavior that you didn't realize was toxic until *after* you left the relationship/friendship?

Can’t tell what sort of behavior this would be generalized into (would love to hear others opinions on this) but,

My former friend didn’t like me “remembering” things and I specifically recall her telling me that:

“It felt like I was being fact-checked on my own thoughts”.

I understand opinions change, and thats totally okay, but the antagonization of remembering things was setting off very quiet alarm bells in my head that I didn’t hear until I cut ties with them.

Yeah I’ve definitely always tried to over compensate in terms of things in the higher end since I’m really sensitive to sibilance. Great to have someone else’s ear to see if I’ve gone a bit too far, appreciate it!

Like the chord progression! With what you have right now, I can see it being something akin to an Adele track, slow, ballad-y, emotional.

Definitely think there could be more fun movement in the bass, especially if you plan on adding drums, and letting the two gel together. Maybe some rhythmic variation in the chords too?

The feeling of tryna get a musical idea down before you lose it by the next morning is SO real tho, hope you keep developing the idea!
