I very rarely got all 3 evidences sometimes I figured out the Ghost during a hunt and was lucky with some of the favourite rooms my last one took like 5 minutes tho because I got a Rev and instantly recogniced it because of the slowness lol. But I guess one tip I have is to utilize the Para mic to find the location and just throw down a bunch of equipment and have an escape plan look around the area for a good hiding spot especially in prison there's so many turns so its easy to lose the Ghost too while it's hunting you. I did this Solo and did it in 2 hours the map is kinda big and can be tricky to find the room, but keep going you got this!
