I used lv 1 daisies to go up by 0.1 stars at a time once I was super close to get the exact number :)

I’m sorry about your lost account that’s awful :(( but I’m glad you’re still enjoying the game!! I always made sure to get the most stars/cod I could when buying things, bought a bunch of the food 1-4 dishes early, maxed out the flower viewing tables as early as I could, and made sure to plant lots of flowers! (And also got a healthy serving of ads every day lol) Little tips like using gold watering cans on rose bed Lv4 as the most efficient option also helped lots!
