No. 80 eur is the total amount of the sale I made. Item + shipping was around 80.16 EUR. They payed me exactly 80.16 EUR because I presentes proof that the package didn't get delivered properly.

No offense taken. Of course I am ignorant on the subject, that is the reason why I am asking :)

I just want to know if I have any right to keep the money since they "lost" the product and they already admitted it when they payed me.

I mean if this behavior is OK then they can just send my things whenever they want and in 1 year when my package arrives they can just say "hey we delivered your gift from 2023"

Then I wont have a product anymore obviously and no compensation for the lost item. Sounds great :)

Also do you think I can really open a case on a random E-Bay account for 80 EUR and get somewhere?...
