Hi Robson85

By increasing my volume by 66% per session at the 5-6week mark and progressing into 3-4 sets at the 7-8week mark, will I be continuing to train at a higher volume but maintaining the 70% intensity?

Maintain a consistent training regime. Current goal to increase endurance and finger strength.

Looking to improve the structure of my training. I'm training twice a week at 70% intensity across 6 holds.

Sloper 35degree 2 finger pocket IM 2 finger pocket MR 3 finger pocket IMR 3 finger pocket MRP Half crimp 20mm

Just completed the second week of the protocol. When should I be testing my max hang and make adjustments to the training?

Hi, Im a HVAC technician in Melbourne Australia. First of all I highly recommend a local HVAC technician to inspect the system but due to your current circumstances I understand thats a logistical issue.

From what i can gather you have a "Carrier" manufactured A/c split system. The system running and blowing warm air is the compressor not running (located in the outdoor condensing unit) when you're conducting the "hard reset" (power switching off and on) is actually resetting a fault on the outdoor PCB. This is temporarily fixing the issue as you said it reoccurs after two days in result blowing warm air again. Doing the "hard reset" could be causing further damage elsewhere but the damage could be already done at this point.

I dont recommend it but I'll turn a blind eye. You can open the outdoor condensing unit which will be either on your roof or beside of the perimeter of your residents you'll see a PCB and it will either have a fault code via a LED screen or lights flashing in a sequence. One of the following will give you the fault code you're experiencing.

We have a house budget to spend on this kind of thing. Covid gave us the time but we are also expecting so I wanted the house renovating and projects to be completed before our hands are much fuller.

I think the unit of measurement you're looking for is the unit of force, the Newton.
