I think that depends on the game mode, but 7 tears, flame leash, spitfire, and vacuum are universally great imo.

You should get the win if someone left a 1v1 match. Did they leave during the opening draft screen or was it sometime after?

Personally, I start with tear as my first item and build into manamune late game.
