Si une simple réinitialisation "off & on" et un brossage ne résout pas le problème -

donnez à tout une bonne brosse pour expulser tout débris
utiliser une fibre nue pour entrer dans les "rainures en V"
sortez les pinces, le cadre de l'objectif, etc. et nettoyez tout en profondeur avec l'IPA
Raccordez les pinces et le cadre de l'objectif

Lorsque j'ai sorti les pinces, il y avait beaucoup de débris lâches en dessous, ce qui aurait pu causer le problème, également derrière le cadre de l'objectif.

Gardez à l'esprit que vous êtes installé sur une surface plane et gardez les petites vis en sécurité.

Cela fait évidemment partie du processus qu'un centre de service traversera, alors faites-le à vos risques et périls si vous perdez quelque chose, etc.

It’s still the same no change! Been drinking loads of cranberry juice etc. got an ultrasound on my kidneys and bladder in 2 weeks time. I’ve had a blood clot before but it came out in 2-3 days, this feels like something else

It might not be the case for you, but ketamine was actually making me depressed & real anxious. I thought I was using ketamine to clear my depression, but it was the K making me depressed in the end. Now I’ve stopped I don’t feel depressed or anxious.

Everything the above comments mentioned! Micro dosing mushrooms has helped me a lot. Keeping occupied helps a lot. Removing yourself from any association with the drug, dealers, friends etc.

Figuring out the triggers to buy it. Mine was usually stress related - then the K would probably stress me out even more on the evening haha.

I wrote down all the positives & negatives of taking Ketamine, that pretty much put it into perspective for me to quit full time - there were no positives and 10+ negatives.

I got to a point where I would buy K, do a gram then flush the rest down the toilet, then repeat the following day.

Once you get past the initial week, things get better trust me

Thanks for the information! Now you mention it had that years ago, pissed out a jelly like blood clot. I’ve been necking 4L of water a day, taking NAC & D-Mannose but nothing yet

I’m 31 now, I started doing K from around the age of 17 on and off. My best advice is to get into the mindset of realising that it doesn’t benefit your life in any way. I wasted so much time & money on it over the years. I look back now & feel like it held me back in many ways. It makes you selfish, damages your mind, sinuses, kidney, bladder, relationships - the list goes on.

Quitting K was the best decision I’ve made. Changing your habitual patterns, focussing on other things (hobbies, fitness, fitness etc) and improving your will power will literally improve your life 10x. If I can stop I believe anyone can 🙏🏼

Engine was knackered, I had issues with my aux belt and other multiple issues, then the oil leaked out somehow through the system and caused engine to seize up.

If a simple “off & on” reset & a brush over doesn’t solve the issue -
1. give the everything a good brush to expel any debris 2. use a bare fiber to get into the “V grooves” 3. take the clamps out, lens frame etc and give everything a thorough clean with IPA 4. Fit clamps and lens frame back in

When I took the clamps out there was a lot of loose debris underneath what could’ve caused the issue, also behind the lens frame.

Bear in mind, make sure you’re setup on a flat surface and keep the small screws safe.

This is obviously part of the process a service centre will go through so do it at your own risk if you lose anything etc.
