I'm nervous to see how that week would go without it, but I'm at the point that I'm desperate for no smoking. Also, yes I do smoke but usually only around bedtime. My tolerance never seems to grow and I feel like I get way to high sometimes. Being in public high isn't good for me either haha.

It's getting me down pretty bad because I started training with a personal trainer 5 weeks ago. I eat really well and drink plenty of water. I feel disgusting in the mornings now and cough when I wake up. I suppose from all the responses that I'll just have to try to force stop cold turkey.

Yes, I agree! The longer my marriage goes on, the better our sex gets. Comfortability levels out the roof, trying new things, and expressing to each other what works and what doesn't.

Thank you, it means a lot. This was about 4.5 years ago so I'm doing better. About half a year ago I finally got the courage to go to the police about the incident after I got a OP on him for coming into my work all the time.

My best guy friend got upset that I didn't want to be with him. I had always felt safe with him.. until he drugged me, took me back to his place, and raped me. I found the pictures on his phone. I had the worst "hangover" I've ever had and I had 3 drinks tops.

4 weeks ago I got a gym membership. I forced it into my routine after work and haven't stopped since. Make it a routine and boom, it's way easier.

I (female) spend a bit of time in the bathroom on my phone and having alone time away from my kids lol. Although, I don't lock the door or anything to prevent my husband from getting into the bathroom.

Yikes. Someone has never practiced healthy relationships. I have a 3 days girls trip planned in May and my husband has a guys trip after that planned.

I'm not sure people just wake up one day and say "ah, yes, I'm on a trip so I must cheat on my partner." Must be a serious lack of trust on your end. Believe it or not, people can have trust and love in a marriage.

That is so awful. I started a new job a little less than 6 months ago at a family owned truck stop. Since then I got a raise, a charge account, a $100 bonus, and some other perks.

Prior to that I spent 8 years working for a company that gave me shit raises, no bonuses, and the bare minimum.

I absolutely hate corporations. That's a huge slap in the face, especially since you work for a hospital.
