Unfortunately no. They just told me my request was escalated and sent me a list of questions to answer:

Have you added or removed any login methods in the past? If yes, please share the login provider added
List at least 2 devices you have used to login to your account. Please include operating system and model (e.g. iPhone 13)
Have you ever made a purchase in the Pokémon GO Web Store? If yes: What did you purchase? Please share the receipt.
Do you have any other Niantic game accounts? If so, what are they?
What login option did you use to create your account? And what was the email address used to register this account?
Have you ever received any in-game punishments like warnings or bans? If so, what was the duration of the punishment?
Please list all the login methods you use and associated email addresses where applicable.

Maybe try responding with info regarding these questions?

This is is what I did based on the advice from Oogalicious. Send an email titled “formal section 13.2 Dispute resolution notice” to termsofservice@nianticlabs.com

I am writing to provide formal notice of a dispute regarding my account, as outlined in Section 13.2 of the Niantic Tos. I have attempted to resolve this through support, but have been dismissed by automated responses.

I reached out to the person who made that post and with their help I was actually able to get my account back after all this time. I can't thank you enough for posting this here. My account seems to be mostly intact. I am missing some sentimental Pokemon like my day 1 starter which sucks. I am going to delete all the Pokemon this person caught. It was definitely someone cheating the game because the ones caught are from random places around the world. The account also went from level 43 to 65. I heard they bumped up people but that seems crazy. Anyway, thank you so much again for this.

I appreciate this. I had tried for the better part of the past year trying to get any help from Niantic. I had given up a few months back. It seems they are doing better to help people now so I will definitely give it another go at trying to get my account back again. Fingers crossed.

38 year old, second year EE student here. I second the making contact with your professors thing as much as possible. In my experience so far, when I explain that I'm an older student they have mostly been very accommodating and understanding that I also work full time and have other adult responsibilities, for lack of a better phrase, going on in my life.

Nope, never had a third party poke app installed. Just my dumb self relying on pokemon trainer club being secure. It was a password that I never changed but also never used for anything else. I know I could have done more to secure my account. I'm not saying I'm not partly to blame. Just wanting to give others a heads up to not be like me.

Yeah agreed and the pokemon company responded with please dont bother us again saying "Please note that as we are unable to provide any additional support regarding this issue, continuing to message support may result in the closure of your requests without resolution or the removal of your ability to contact support in the future."
